WHO IS THE STEERING COMMITTEE?

The steering committee of the project is made up of  representatives from the three statutory bodies: education, health and social services.

WHAT IS THEIR ROLE?

The role and function of the Project Steering group is: 

1.        To act as an information resource to the Project Manager 

2.         To act as a flow point for networking between the Project Manager and the Stakeholders Group

 3.        To oversee the development of the elements of the Project Proposal 

4.         To assist the Project Manager in the functions and duties specified in the Project Proposal 

5.         To receive and monitor the financial reports of the Project Manager 

Each member of the Project Steering Group will undertake to provide information and networking support to the Project Manager in a specific domain – e.g. Education, Social Services, Health Services, etc. – for which they will be nominated by the Group.
